1. Only funded players are eligible for the competition.
2. The competition runs from Sunday1st of January until Sunday 22nd of January 2012.
3. Chart points for Bingo and Instant Game wager will be awarded on multiples of £1.
4. The total number of points earned during the promotion period will determine which prize draw a player is entered in to.
5. One winner will be drawn from each prize tier.
6. Winners will be announced on Monday 23rd of January and notified via email.
7. The company may offer a cash alternative at its discretion.
8. If a prize is not claimed within three weeks of the winning event, all prizes/winnings will be forfeited.
9. If the winner resides outside the UK, a cash alternative will be offered.
10. The Company reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of the competition as it sees fit.
11. In case of a system malfunction or any other issues that don't allow us to calculate chart points, the Company reserves the right to defer or cancel the promotion without compensation.
12. By accepting any prize/and or winnings form the Company, promotion winners consent to the use of their full name, the city in which they live, photographs and filming of them and will also provide commentary about winning the prize for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
